Converting between hourly and yearly pay is simple math. A full-time worker typically works 40 hours per week for 52 weeks—that's 2,080 hours per year. To get your annual salary from an hourly rate, multiply: hourly rate × 2,080. For example, $25 per hour × 2,080 = $52,000 per year gross. To go the other way, divide your annual salary by 2,080. A $60,000 salary ÷ 2,080 ≈ $28.85 per hour.
